What areas do we cover?

For our equipment hire and services, we cover all ME postcodes and Canterbury.

If you would like a quote for us to come to you at a further away address, do not hesitate to get in contact.

Please note: all equipment except for the sweet cart come with staff costs included. For a manned sweet cart, you need to select this option.

Returns and Refunds:

If we are at fault, we may offer you credit with our company, a partial refund or exchange.

Is our equipment PAT tested?

Yes! Absolutely, if you or your venue needs a copy of any certification, please contact us and we can get a copy of this sent to you.

Do we have insurance?

Of course! We have full personal and public liability insurance up to 5 million pounds. Again, if you or your venue needs a copy of this, please just ask and we can send you copies of this.

What is needed when hiring the equipment?

We need about 30 minutes to set up
A safe outlet supply

We need space of 3m wide x 2m deep x 2.5m high for the magic mirror set up

There should be adequate parking close by to the place of set up for the equipment for us to bring the items into the venue
You will need to sign a booking contract to secure the booking
Let us know the date you need
Pay your 25% deposit
