What areas do we cover?
For our equipment hire and services, we cover all ME postcodes and Canterbury.
If you would like a quote for us to come to you at a further away address, do not hesitate to get in contact.
Please note: all equipment except for the sweet cart come with staff costs included. For a manned sweet cart, you need to select this option.
Returns and Refunds:
If we are at fault, we may offer you credit with our company, a partial refund or exchange.

Is our equipment PAT tested?
Yes! Absolutely, if you or your venue needs a copy of any certification, please contact us and we can get a copy of this sent to you.
Do we have insurance?
Of course! We have full personal and public liability insurance up to 5 million pounds. Again, if you or your venue needs a copy of this, please just ask and we can send you copies of this.
What is needed when hiring the equipment?
- We need about 30 minutes to set up
- A safe outlet supply
- We need space of 3m wide x 2m deep x 2.5m high for the magic mirror set up
- There should be adequate parking close by to the place of set up for the equipment for us to bring the items into the venue
- You will need to sign a booking contract to secure the booking
- Let us know the date you need
- Pay your 25% deposit
