How long do our products take to make?
All our items are carefully built and designed based upon your personalisation needs. For this reason, we ask you to order them two weeks before needing them to be shipped.

Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature and personalisation of all our products, we do not offer refunds.
If you have any damages or problems with your items, please get in contact with photos and the issue so we can investigate it. If we are at fault, we may offer you credit with our company, a partial refund or exchange.

Delivery:
We can offer delivery across the UK on our products. For this service, the cost is dependant on the item, so you will be given a quote on top of your purchase and will arrive with you in 3 -5 working days after dispatch.
We will send you a confirmation dispatch email when your items are on their way.
Collection:
You may collect your order from our warehouse address at a pre - arranged time between the hours of 9 and 5 from Monday to Saturday. Please get in touch to arrange this.

What areas do we cover?
For our equipment hire and services, we cover all ME postcodes and Canterbury.
If you would like a quote for us to come to you at a further away address, do not hesitate to get in contact.
Please note: all equipment except for the sweet cart come with staff costs included. For a manned sweet cart, you need to select this option.
What is needed when hiring the equipment?
- We need about 30 minutes to set up
- A safe outlet supply
- We need space of 3m wide x 2m deep x 2.5m high for the magic mirror set up
- There should be adequate parking close by to the place of set up for the equipment for us to bring the items into the venue
- You will need to sign a booking contract to secure the booking
- Let us know the date you need
- Pay your 25% deposit
